Larry O’Bryan has over 28 years working in politics. A veteran of numerous local and statewide campaigns, Larry O’Bryan started his company, Pro- Active Media, in 1995. Larry has the ability and experience to develop media strategy for local campaign budgets as low as $100,000 or strategy for multi-million dollar statewide television and radio advertising.

Larry O'Bryan is the most successful political media consultant in Louisville, KY. He produced and aired the first hi definition television spots in Kentucky politics. Before starting Pro-Active Media Larry worked in the 1980 Kentucky General Assembly during Gov. John Y. Brown’s administration and for the Kentucky Democratic Party in 1982. Larry is a past Kentucky Young Democrats National Committeeman (1983/84) and President of the Jefferson County Young Democrats (1982/83).
