Larry O’Bryan has over 28 years working in politics.  A veteran of numerous local and statewide campaigns, Larry O’Bryan started his company, Pro-Active Media, in 1995.  Larry has the ability and experience to develop media strategy for local campaign budgets as low as $100,000 or strategy for multi-million dollar statewide television and radio advertising.

Before starting Pro-Active Media Larry worked in the 1980 Kentucky General Assembly during Gov. John Y. Brown’s administration and for the Kentucky Democrat Party in 1982.  Larry is a past Kentucky Young Democrats National Committeeman 1983/84) and President of the Jefferson County Young Democrats (1982/83).  Larry has worked in international sales and was a part owner of five franchise restaurants for startup Papa John’s Pizza.  He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1981 with a double major in Government and Journalism.  While at WKU Larry won the Charles Edison Scholarship for political journalism.
